View and Practice on Evaluation of Technological Innovation Capability of Chinese Aviation Industrial Enterprise

摘要：

At first the article expatiates that it is a crucial and exigent problem for Chinese aviation industrial enterprises how to acquire and keep up competitive advantages under the new economic condition. Because the core technical innovation is an important source of competitiveness, to solve this problem, the first step is to evaluate the technological innovation capabilities of Chinese aviation industrial enterprises correctly, further illustrate the significance of evaluation of technological innovation capability of Chinese aviation industrial enterprise and come up with the elements and principles. Finally, proposed that learning capability,research and development capability,manufacturing capability,marketing capability,management innovation capability,innovative resource input capability,strategic planning capability are the component of evaluating the technological innovation capabilities of Chinese aviation industrial enterprises.
