Study on Enterprise Technological Innovation Capability Maturity Model
This paper is to study enterprise technology innovation capability using software industry capability evaluation method--capability maturity model (CMM). Based on the process of capability development, technological innovation maturity levels are divided into six levels in this article, and each levels characteristics, the Key Process Areas (KPA) and the Key Practices (KP) are described. We hold the view that technological innovation is a comprehensive ability. According to the comprehensive and technological innovation processes, we set technological innovation capability evaluation index system. And then, we adopted the fuzzy mathematical theory to evaluate the innovation capability maturity level. At the end, it was necessary to choose a reasonable technological innovation mode according the final level assessed.
