Analysis on Circulatory Quality Assurance: a kind of After-sales Service of Mobile Hard Disk

摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to discuss about the new after-sales service of circulation quality assurance which appeared in the market of mobile hard disk. First, the formation cause of this new promise was listed out, and then its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. After that the paper put forward some thinking and give some advice: as a new type of after-sales promise, it has lots of advantages, while also bring many risks. The enterprise which use this means needs to be cautious, and complete the related following-up work well. It is also a good way for new brand to expand market. Other electronic products can also take advantage of the new after-sales service for the similarity among electronic products.
