Study on the Evaluation System of Enterprise Independent Innovation Capability

摘要：

Business innovation capability of enterprises is not only related to the survival and development of enterprises, but also determine a countrys competitive strength. In this paper, we base on the traditional linear model of innovation, and with the help of the input and output mathematical method, combined with the content and characteristics of independent innovation, build evaluation model for the independent innovation capacity of enterprises. According to this model, from the innovation input, transformation, output, and support aspects to established evaluation index system and to clear index system weight by the Delphi method.
