Research on the Integrated Innovative Enterprise Management Mode
With the increasingly complex and diverse market demands, enterprise risks also increase gradually. This paper attempts to explore the theory of integrated innovation so as to innovatively design integrated innovation structures and to seek out the enterprise development mode under the new challenges. It means that the enterprises that possess the core technology should integrate the internal and external resources, in order to develop into innovative enterprises revolving about technology integrated innovation and based on various combinations of integrated innovation.
