Research of Low Carbon Entrepreneurial Platform Construction Based on the Low-Carbon Economy Theor

摘要：

This article analyzes relationship between entrepreneurial environment and park development based on low carbon economy, four platforms including infrastructure facilities are built, preferential policies, culture environment and service systems for low carbon pioneering park, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
