Research on Modularity Management of Government-Industry-University-Institute (GIUI) Collaboration
With the development of government-industry-university-institute (GIUI) collaboration, project cooperation became the dominant GIUI collaboration form. This trend raised new challenges to the science and technology project cooperation management. As the modularity management techniques have important reference function to the complex interdisciplinary, cross-sectoral cooperation system, it was applied in the research of GIUI collaboration. This paper introduced the basic connotation and application value of modularity, conducted modular decomposition and modular centralization of the GIUI collaboration project, and constructed the modularity management model, it helped reduce the management difficulty and improve the cooperation efficiency.
