Scientific Innovation Inherent Mechanism
The scientific practice of Subject of Cognition (CoS) is discussed and Scientific Research Ability System (SRAS) is established based on Prototype Structure of Scientific Being (PSSB). The Structure Starting-Point Effect of Scientific Priority (SSPESP) is put forward. It is believed that the function of SSPESP to SRAS is the Primary Scientific System (PSS) that maintains the logical building and structural integrity of scientific discovery. Further Original Technology System (OTS) and Original Engineering System (OES) are established on PSS and the operation rule of artificial nature is defined. However, if starting from the level below the SRAS scientific orientation and scientific frontiers, only Secondary Scientific System (SSS), Subordinate Technology System (STS) or Subordinate Engineering System (SES) can be obtained, while industrial mode of original proprietary intellectual property rights and its structure control of technological rule system can not be acquired. Stimulated by SSPESP, SRAS builds Scientific Priority System (SPS) based on PSSB autonomously and spontaneously and Scientific Innovation Inherent Mechanism (STIEM) is formed.
