Business Innovation Demands Flexible Management

摘要：

In the knowledge economy era, businesses are affected in all aspects and are confronted with development difficulties. Those wishing to survive and grow in such a constantly changing and drastically competitive market must make innovations. To attain innovation purpose, management approaches and levels should be improved. According to an analysis on business innovations significance, flexible management is proved more suitable than traditional inflexible management models for business innovation. The implementing patterns and methods are suggested in the paper.
