Research of Internal Control Auditing on Project Management

摘要：

The management audit of the project is to examine overall management of the project, appraise the completeness, execution and validity of engineering management, propose the suggestion, improve and perfect engineering management. It should grasp the over all managerial knowledge of the project, use the idea of managing to make the scheme to launch the management audit project of the good project, confirm the procedure of auditing and audit the key content, use the applicable audit method to launch audit, to correct appraisal has appeared management to audit the project, put forward the appropriate suggestion, give play to the supervision, appraisal and service function that are audited better.
