GEM-A New Financing Selection for High-tech SMEs

摘要：

Chinas launch of the growth enterprise market (GEM) not only contributes to improving Chinas capital market, but also brings a new financing channel for High-tech SMEs in China. This article describes the development of in China by using some data about High-tech SMEs and the current situation of GEM. And then clarify the significance of GEM to the development of High-tech SMEs from different perspectives and finally propose some policy recommendations concerning what High-tech SMEs can do to list on the GEM to solve financing difficulty.
