The Study on the Service Design of Supermarket Based on the Context of Information Technology
The service design is an emerging discipline which combines product design and marketing services, but also closely linked with the interaction design.Supermarket service design is a new concept, which explanatorily puts the theory and methods of service design into the developing of a new model in supermarket services. With the rapid development information technology, the development of supermarket service designs has been studied in this paper to explore the application of new information technologies in supermarket service designs, and how they lead the new consumption patterns and open store formats, ultimately the reliable conclusion has been obtained.
