Storage Cost Behavior Analysis of Petroleum Strategic Reserve Bases

摘要：

Strategic petroleum reserve is an effective method to moderate oil prices, to stabilize the supply-demand relation of oil, to response to emergencies and to guarantee the national economic security; and then it can guarantee the national political security and national military security as well. China has just begun to construct petroleum reserve systems. In order to make Chinas petroleum reserve more effective, it is required to analyze petroleum reserve bases storage costs. Via storage cost analyses, a valid relation between storage scale and storage costs can be reached and a reasonable petroleum storage scale can be determined.
