Study on Measure of Performance Level of Knowledge Management of Research Team for Novel Products in Enterprise

摘要：

Based on the performance evaluation of knowledge management of new product development team and relevant theories of knowledge management, the paper conducted a set of performance evaluation index system. The findings of system have proved reliable by means of fuzzy evaluation and evaluation index system.
