Research on Human Resource Management Based on Management Entropy
Using the method of management entropy, put forward enterprise human resources management efficiency is decreasing in a closed system. But in the open system, due to the existence of management dissipative and dissipative structure, human resources management system exchange material, energy and information with out world continuous, which make management negative entropy and entropy in the state of motion alternately, so human resource management efficiency move like a wave. Based on it, we construct the evaluation model of HRM, and obtained that enterprises can achieve the purpose of increasing efficiency by adopt behavior indicators, and provide a scientific basis for enterprises planning and human resource management strategy.
