Research on the Business Model Innovation Related to the Imitated Products from the View of Intellectual Property Right
The imitated products were firstly originated from China. The imitated behaviors in the market have evolved into a kind of the widespread social phenomenon. The paper puts forward the concept and four features of the imitated products such as disruptive innovation, the professional division of labor, high market competitiveness and high risk. Based on the analysis of competitive advantage, the paper ends with three kinds of business model innovation related to intellectual property rights(IPR) in order to strengthen the core competition ability for the imitated products.
