Study on Grey Relational Decision-making for Selecting Innovative Team Members
Reasonable team structure is the key factor for innovative teams to succeed. For helping organizations select innovative team members, this article raises a grey relational decision-making method, analyzes its specific procedures and gives an example of this method. This method is based on the whole innovative team rather than any individual in the team, so can make decision-making process become more scientific. It is also a general method for selecting innovative team members, so is suitable for any kinds of innovative teams to select their team members using it.
