Study on Innovation of Salary Management in State-owned Enterprises in the Knowledge Economy Age
Salary management is central content of human resources management and an important means of motivating the employees. In the knowledge economy age, with the changes of the internal and external environments of the enterprise and value ideas of the employees, salary management in the state-owned enterprises is faced with new challenges. This article studied salary management innovation in state-owned enterprises, proceeding from reality and integrating theory with practice, analyzed existing problems in salary management, and offered the ways of salary management innovation in state-owned enterprises from salary level, salary system, salary welfare as well as salary management technologies and methods so as to realize excitation effect of salary management in state-owned enterprises and adapt knowledge economy development to win competitive advantage in the market.
