Study on the Relationship between High-tech Enterprises’ Human Resources Practice System and Social Capital within Enterprises

In terms of enterprise human resources management practice, applying the methods of empirical studies, we use Shanxi high-tech Enterprises as our object context, analysing the influence of HRM practice of high-tech enterprises on social capital in Enterprises,and the conclusion points out HRM practice system has directly notable effect on social capital(trust and communication) in Enterprises.
