The Study on Strategic Path for the Exporting Enterprise to Cultivate Independent Brand
Affected by the increasing production cost and keen competition environment of exporting, the exporting profit becomes less. Especially affected by the influence of financial crisis recently, some exporting enterprises turn to explore domestic market, and pay attention to the cultivation of independent brand. By making use of SWOT, this article aims at research the strategic path for the exporting enterprise to cultivate the independent brand during explore domestic enterprise.
