Study of Interpersonal Communication Competence Based on Hypothesis

摘要：

In this paper, the mechanism of three-dimensional structure of interpersonal communication competence (ICC) was studied via a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.The conclusion indicates that communication skill has negative effect on communication frequency, while both communication tendency and communication cognition have positive effect on it. Moreover, communication cognition positively affects the relationship between communication skill and communication frequency; it is the same with the relationship between communication tendency and communication frequency.
