Evaluation of Enterprise Project Management Performance Based on Complex Networks

摘要：

For the effective controlling of these complex factors, responding to the risks in the project inherent, ensuring project success, many veterans began to realize that the combination of project management and complexity theory has became inevitable. As a project manager should recognize this profound change. The successful completion of a project needs to have scientific and applicable project management procedures, and needs to control the working conditions of all team members in the project. This article just to use of complex network model and analytical method to evaluate individual team members in project management, then analyze comprehensive performance results of each team by the weighted average, and then to select the best team.
