Research on the Relationship between Library’s Core Competitiveness and Readers
Based on establishing the system of readers-centered core competitiveness, this thesis mainly focuses on the relationship between library and the readers. Introduced the library take by the reader as the center the core competition mechanical system, in take the reader as the center under the management idea the annotation which again relates to the library and the reader, stressed that the library must take the reader degree of satisfaction and the loyalty, Furthermore, this paper also probes into the solutions of how to foster a good relationship as well as building a strong competitiveness. Pointed out that the good reader relations are establish the powerful core competitiveness the key.
