Born Global Enterprises -Literature Review and Theory Integration

摘要：

This paper studies the new phenomena of the enterprise internationalization development for the past ten years. The traditional theory holds that enterprises internationalization is a gradual process of exploiting the international market. However, within the past more than 10 years, more and more small and medium sized enterprises active in the global market and gain a better development soon after the establishment. This phenomenon demonstrates the new trend of the enterprise internationalization. By using the specifications and system analysis, this paper makes an analysis in the concept, characteristics and motivation for these new internationalization enterprises through literature combing and integration. The paper forms a relatively complete and clear on the natural theoretical framework for global enterprises.
