Investment Risk Evaluation in Real Estates Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Analysis

摘要：

Based on the analysis of the real estate investment risk and influential factors, risk identification procedures were studied in this paper. Real estate investment risk related theory and method home and abroad were analyzed. Through our study, a relatively complete view of real estate investment risk evaluation in mainland China was constructed, in which system risk and unsystematic risk as well as political risk, economic risk, natural risk and business risk could be revealed. This paper also includes empirical research on real estate investment and risk assessment based on fuzzy comprehensive analysis, and finally puts forward some risk aversion and prevention measures.
