Research on the Triune Operational Mechanism of a Class at University Based on the Perspective of Ecology
The ecosystem of a class at university consists of two basic elements: the subject of this class ecosystem and the class‘s ecological environment. With regard to the class ecological niche, there are many dimensions to describe it. For example, the ecological niche of ideological and political quality, the ecological niche of organizational coordination ability, the ecological niche of learning and innovation ability and the ecological niche of psychology adjustment ability, etc. In addition, the ecological niche is closely related to such student organizations as the Party branch, the Youth League branch and the class committee. It is suggested to establish an exemplary and leading mechanism centering on the Party branch, training and guiding mechanism based on the Youth League branch, as well as a serving and managing mechanism relying on the class committee.
