The Construction of College Students Individual Motivate Mechanism Based on Expectancy Theory

摘要：

Motivation plays an important role in university students‘ growth education, and Vrooms expectancy theory has unique function in the new time among numerous motivation theories. This article elaborated expectancy theorys connotation, and under expectancy theorys direction, established the college students individual motivate mechanism from several aspects such as the ideal motivation and goal motivation, the knowledge motivation and ability motivation, the spiritual reward and material reward, the behavior motivation and example motivation comprehensively. At the same time, the paper pointed out the disciplines should be grasped and the questions should be avoided when using the incentive mechanism. Thus, it can reach the final objective of providing individual motivation reference in university students‘ growth education.
