Knowledge Transfer and Learning Race in Strategic Alliance

摘要：

This article reviews the classic literature on knowledge transfer in the strategic alliance first. Then it inspects the factors and obstacles that influence the efficiency of inter-firm knowledge transfer. On this basis we analyze the phenomenon of learning race, expecting to give some constructive inspirations of how to manage the knowledge transfer in strategic alliances effectively.
