Main Effect and Moderating Effect of Psychological Capital in the Model of Employee Turnover Intention
In order to look for new explanatory variables to explain the employees turnover intention, this study analyzed the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention, and then introduced the psychological capital variable into the model, and tested the explanatory power of psychological capital to the turnover intention, and also further studied the moderating effect of psychological capital on the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention. The results of the research can help the staff department control the staffs turnover effectively, and also, in theoretically, help to further clarify the mechanism of the staffs turnover, will give support to the management practice.
