Factors that Influence Project Management Performance: A Conceptual Framework

摘要：

A project is a lifeline of any company. The need to exercise an effective project management is the key to success for a project manager. It is therefore worthwhile to rejuvenate the PMPA model with knowledge competence construct to become Knowledge Project Management Performance Assessment (KPMPA) model. This new framework can provide guidance for future work of project management performance based on knowledge competence perspective.
