Team Decision Making of Scientific Research Organization Based on Knowledge Managemen

摘要：

Under the background of knowledge economy, the research on the problems of decision making about scientific research organizations is not sufficient, and in order to make beneficial supplements to such problem, the article realizes the scientific decision making of the scientific research organizations by considering the knowledge management as mainline, the team decision making as method and the different team decision making modes adopted in different stages through the construction of modes.
