Applying Grey Relational Analysis to Prioritizing Business Leaders Emotional Intelligence Training Needs
The utility of grey relational analysis as a decision-making tool to prioritize emotional intelligence (EI) training needs for the two cultural groups of business leaders in the study aimed at going beyond the narrow psychometric perspectives of measurements on leadership potentials and reaching out to practical approaches to leadership development and training. Grey relational analysis was introduced to HR practitioners as a supplementary analysis tool to initiate leadership training program for target samples of leaders under limited time and budget shortage.
