Web Based Recruitment Process: A Challenge For Indian i.t. Companies
The internet has emerged as one of the realistic tools for recruiting the employees in the I.T. companies using recruitment portal agencies. In which, the employee and the employer can reach out to each other faster and easier. Erecruitment is becoming increasing sophisticated in Indian I.T. companies. But practicaly, it is a tedious task for the employer to screen for the suitable resumes from the pool of resumes for the appropriate job. Mainly this paper focuses on challenges related to sourcing, Process, Quality, Feasibility and acceptability for innovative recruitment along with advantages of web based recruitment solutions. And also discussed about the importance of web based pre-screening assessment frame work in managing and making streamline in the recruitment system
