Research on Servitization Based on Circulation Economy
Circulation Economy is a kind of activity which would involve reducing, reusing and recycling of resource during the process of production, circulation and consumption. Extended producer responsibility policy could in some way encourage manufacturing enterprises to adopt servicesation of input and servicesation of output strategy, retain ownership of physical products and provide customers with appropriate services to help them reduce the consumption of resources and energy and reduce environmental pollution. In this paper, based on the perspective of circulation economy, the method of SWOT matrix analysis is used to analyze the trend of servitization and the effect of servitization is also analyzed, which would give some theoretical support for the manufacturing enterprises to choose and implement the servitization strategy.
