Research on Knowledge Management of Mass Customization

Mass customization relates to the ability to provide customized products or services through flexible processes in high volumes and at reasonably low costs. Companies have to be able to manage the knowledge wile implementing mass customization strategy by collecting and using customer knowledge which can result in new appealing ways to serve customer and new personalized products with greater value for customer. According to the characters of mass customization, main activities in knowledge management are analyzed and knowledge management system is constructed.
