Application of Behavioral Economics in the Mutual Selecting between the Post Graduate Student and the Tutor
From graduate students own angle, the article utilizes the basic principle of behavioral economics to analyze graduate student and tutors irrational cognitive behaviors and the inherent mechanism of its producing existing in the process of mutual selecting, and then offer a new method for improving the graduate students training and management level.
