Power Transmission and Distribution Project Assessment and Decision-making: An Analytic Network Process Approach

摘要：

Transmission and transformation is an important part of National Electric Power building, with the scope of this paper, the life cycle management assessment was considered as a multi criteria decision problem. A model aiming the usage of analytic network process (ANP) in the program selection is developed owning to the evaluation of the relations between the transmission and transformation project criteria in a feedback systematic.
