Organizational Learning, Intellectual Capital Synergies and Firm Value Creation
With the knowledge economy era, to deal and use knowledge become an important impetus for the development of human from the rapid expansion and updating of knowledge, knowledge will be the core elements of value creation and generation, the enterprise is an important base on knowledge creation, dissemination and productivity conversion. Organizational learning is a key bridge to promote the intellectual capital effective transformation and integration. The companys intellectual capital internal and external synergies and knowledge transfer will become the core competitiveness of enterprises fostering sustainable development of enterprises and a powerful weapon to win the next competition. The purpose of this paper is to analyze value content and synergies effectiveness of intellectual capital, to put forward a key driver of value creation from the organizational knowledge, to consider that the core of the value of the firm is not physical assets, but implicitly business processes and activities of the intellectual capital and organizational knowledge.
