The Research of Project Quality Control Based on Value Engineering

摘要：

Through applying the value engineering thought and functional assessment method to activities of the project quality control, this thesis is to analysis the significance and feasibility of the improvement on the project quality control based on VE according to the insufficiency on it in China. It is also to explore how to apply VE principle to the functional analysis and improvement on the project quality control system, in the hope of improving the project quality. Results show that the cost does not match the function in current project quality control and the research presented here has profound implications for future studies and may one day help solve the problem of quality control on project.
