How the Spin-off Comes About?
This article analyses the factors influencing the performance of spin-off from the following perspective: resource properties of parent companies, entrepreneur characteristics and level of inheritance of resources. Parent enterprise resource endowment, resource structure and the characteristics of resource owners have a positive relationship with the likelihood of spin-off happening. The level of entrepreneurship and resources inheritance determine the success of enterprises to some extent
