The Analysis and Case Study on Marketing Management Risk in Enterprises
This paper first analyzes the reasons of enterprise marketing management risk. Next, expound the analysis flow of marketing management risk. Finally, carry on case study. This paper selects marketing management status of a real estate enterprise for research object, analyses its marketing management risk factors, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate marketing management risk, carry on analysis on evaluation results, and puts forward policy proposals of preventing and evading the marketing management risk.
