Research on The Dividing Standards of Responsibility for Natural Disaster Risk Based on FIDIC

摘要：

FIDIC contract conditions are widely used in the world. According to fairness, justness, efficiency of FIDIC, this paper introduces the fundamental principle of risk allocation and uses the theory of small probability event to determine the dividing standards of responsibility for natural disaster risk, which can reduce the dispute and issue of both of the contractor and owner and perfect FIDIC construction contract conditions.
