Supply Chain Management in Process Industry

摘要：

This paper analyzed the supply chain and its importance, together with the characteristics of the process industry. Then a simulation model of process industry supply chain was built in Matlab according to the analysis. The results show that by controlling inventory levels of the supply chain, enterprises can reduce total costs efficiently.
