Study on Current Situation of Railway Public Information Services and Countermeasures

摘要：

There is much serious information asymmetry in the transfer process of railway public information services even if in the advanced information society. This paper studies the current situation of railway public information services and analyzes the problem existing in the railway public information service. Then the paper discusses the function of blogs to the railway public information services, and other two method to to improve the quality of railway public information services.
