Unreasonable Aspects In GB/T 8054-1995 and Amendment Suggestions

摘要：

The non-standard aspects in GB/T 8054-1995, which is always regarded as the standard of sampling test, are proposed in this paper. Firstly, although producers risk α is controlled at 5％ or so, user s risk β is significantly higher than 10％ in many plans, even up to 15％. Then, reasons of this problem are analyzed. Finally, recommendation and some revisions are proposed.
