Study of Knowledge Management in the Application of Cost Control
Using system engineer principle, product life cycle is divided into design process, manufacture process and sale process; further more, process is divided into tasks, and task is broken down into activities. According to the characteristic of process, task and activity, different roles arc designed for target cost control, task coordination, task implementation and task completion. Various roles duties and required knowledge are accordingly determined. Through the decomposition of cost objectives and tasks, roles use knowledge for object control, the object of cost control and product life-cycle activities can be matched. (Abstract)
