Review and Prospect on the Research of Quality Management in Public Sectors in China
The thesis reviewed the development of the research on quality management in public sectors in China from three aspects by the numbers, which initiated from the end of 1990s, including the deploitation and development of the research field; the theoretical basis of quality management in public sectors; the research on the practice of quality management in public sectors in China. Based on the reviews above, the author pointed out the future research direction of quality management in public sectors according to the compendious model.
