Construct the Internal Lecturer Train System of Enterprise Based on Knowledge Sharing Take F group in Shenzhen as an example
Nowadays, knowledge sharing is becoming more and more important during human resource development This article indicates that construction of sharing system should focus on the exploitation and utilization of internal training recourses, building up a standard internal lecturer team and use it effectively and scientifically. Establishing a lecturer team which masters professional skill; understand organization culture; grasp training technique and have passion on training work is becoming a effective method to save training cost and enhance training results. This article use the construction internal lecturer team of an international electronic company in Shenzhen as sample, illustrates several issues which exit in the process of building up a internal lecturer team, and then analyzes the necessity and relevant styles of series of management system in terms of qualified lecturer model, selection of internal lecturer, design of training course and evaluation of internal lecturer.
