Evaluation of the Independent Innovation Capacity in the High-Tech Industries of Henan Province

摘要：

This paper presents an index system to assess the capability of independent innovation of high-tech industries. Then, this paper gives an evaluation of the independent innovation capability of high-tech industries by grey system theory. Finally, this paper provides the decision-making information to enhance the capability of independent innovation.
