Research on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Strategic Reorganization Performance of State-owned Enterprises
Strategic reorganization not only contribute to the increase of scale and intensive development of state-owned enterprises, but also is helpful to management mechanism innovation and the transformation of development mode. The performance evaluation of strategic reorganization is significant because the process can help us find the defects and. obstacles of reorganization project This paper uses a multicriteria methodology to evaluate the performance of stateowned enterprises strategic reorganization, known as the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Firstly, this paper sets up a multi-hierarchy index system based on the essence and character of state-owned enterprises strategic reorganization. Secondly, it confirms the weight of every index with AHP and gave a general assessment by means of a grey clustering method. Finally, a case study is conducted to validate the evaluation model and the evaluation process.
